Incredible New Sora Samples | Daily Drip

Wanted to inbox-elbow-drop a few cool AI things, starting with the latest SORA video samples.

If you don’t know, SORA is OpenAI’s “Text-to-Video” and “Video-to-Video” generator.

We’ve yapped about SORA at length, but Bill Peebles works for OAI and keeps dropping the hits. I figuratively stepped on my jaw when I saw this “alien in NYC” sample:

SORA is one of the most discussed and anticipated AI tools; one the masses may get their mittens on any minute now! In the meantime, the OAI team is (easy-mode) padding their follower counts by slow-dripping these videos into the Internet’s “Media IV”, and we’re suckers for it.

Fun fact? NO AI has ever been used in these mailings. Which is, odd and somewhat telling I suppose? Basically, ignore typos please. This is stream of conscious, for better or worse.
